If you have any questions, objections, or just have something to say, reply or send me a PM. This Magi wouldn't be able to keep up with future Magis with the same reason as Undertow. It can be used in most cases due to its fast cast and charge, but the damage it brings in terms of burst DPS is too low. The animation lasts for around 2 seconds, letting you keep your guard up at most times. The charge speed of this Magi is similar to Crimson Explosion, making it one of the faster Magis to charge to date. The damage of this Magi is underwhelming, but given its fast charge speed, it brings a decent average DPS as long as you cast it frequently. Stone Flash is a Magi that summons a boulder from below and slashes it in half, causing it to explode in front of your enemies-the damage comes from the summoning, slashing, and the explosion. Compared to future Magis, this Magi pales to see the future due to its low-peak performance. For general usage, this Magi's AoE is not impressive enough to be usable for farming. The cast speed of this Magi takes approximately 5~7 seconds and does not have enough Super Armor to prevent monsters from cancelling your cast, which brings down the DPS value this Magi brings. The charge speed of this Magi is slow, preventing the user to frequently cast this Magi. The damage of this Magi is decent, but not impressive enough to stand out. Gaia's Grace is an earth Magi that lets the user jump towards an enemy, causing a shockwave that deals damage against the enemies surrounding the user. This Magi can hold up against Magis in the future as it holds a profound general usage. This Magi can be used in almost all situations due to its nature of fast casting, fire resistance up, and a large AoE. This Magi's cast speed takes 2 seconds, making it one of the fastest Magis to date. The charge speed of this magi is slow, but not too slow to become a burden for the Magi. The Damage of this Magi is huge and nearly identical to those of future Magis. Tsunami is a water Magi that summons a huge wave towards its enemies and increases the user's Fire Resistance by up to 35%. This Magi is decent, but wouldn't last long due to future Water Magis being generally stronger, have higher charge speeds, faster cast speeds and have more usage. Undertow can be used in most situations without any drawback on DPS, sadly, the special attribute of Undertow that lets it increase the enemy's fatigue gauge is underwhelming. The animation is around 3 seconds long, being on par with Raging Geyser but slightly slower than Tsunami. Damage may be sub-par compared to other water Magis, but has the charge speed to tend to the lack of firepower. Undertow is a water magi that sends off 5 flurries towards its enemies. This evaluation should only be used as a reference, as I won't be ranking them to prevent any bias. Each Magi will be evaluated based on five criteria: Damage, Charge Speed, Animation/Cast Speed, Usage, and Sustainability(whether or not the Magi can compete against future Magi) each criteria will have a rating with 5 as best, and 1 as worst. To start things off, let me give a short description on how I evaluate Magis. If you guys are interested, I can continue doing this for future banners. Hi all, I've been thinking about this for a while and I finally found some time(and confidence) to evaluate Magi, particularly, the Magis of the current banner.
